Bollywood is the largest and most watched film industry in India and has been for over six decades. Bollywood films are a collaboration of song, dance, drama, comedy and action. Over the past few years many Indians moved to Dubai in search of better opportunities. Over time they realised that not only could they find work back in India but enhance their experience with a different culture by staying in Dubai. One such Indian was Mohita Rao who decided to stay on after she got married with her husband who is also an Indian national but lived outside of Dubai for two years during project work. Mohita found it easier to learn about the culture by being with her husband, who is an accountant with a major Indian company in Dubai. Mohita saves topics of discussion for whenever they are alone. After their wedding Mohita moved back to India which wasn't far from her hometown where she grew up. Muskaan was born soon after and she too fell into the same routine as her mother surrounded herself with friends, relatives and old friends that lived close by. Muskaan went to school speaking Bengali at home but was accepted into a school for foreigners where she took up English as her second language alongside Bengali. Muskaan's mother didn't want her to be with her aunt's family for a couple of years because of the bad reputation they have. Mohita had a hard time with this because she knew that going to her aunt's house would be a lot less hassle than going back to where she was born and grew up. Mohita also didn't want Muskaan to speak English in their household because she wasn't sure if her parents would approve of it or not. In school Muskaan was always the top percentage in class participation and always wanted to do well, even when at home nothing seemed right. Her head teacher put her through a few tests which revealed that Muskaan is smart but not very social. Mohita felt there must be something wrong with Muskaan because she was born with this talent for acting, but her parents didn't support her in the interests. Muskaan used to read books at home, but after she came to the United Arab Emirates, Mohita realised that most of Muskaan's reading is online. Muskaan also started to study English with Mohita which wasn't hard for her because she speaks plenty of English at home. Soon Muskaan found out that her mother had secretly bought an iPad for her and this motivated her to keep learning how to use it. She always wanted one before and now there were two with different apps on them which kept the interest up. At the age of 12 Muskaan was able to speak English as well as her mother and on her own terms. She couldn't sit still at home anymore and decided to leave the house with a friend, hoping she would return with something. Muskaan and her mother had always been close but on that day, things began to change for them both. Mohita realised that Muskaan had taken leave of something and kept following them hoping they would come back. The two of them didn't come back but found a deserted house where they thought they could stay the night. cfa1e77820
